Can’t believe I spent over 20 minutes in the drive-through. Had to ask to order three times. Incorrect and repeated it twice. Got home and all of my order was not correct. Food had been held too long also. Actually, there was not one thing that was OK with my dining experience. Have pictures with the receipt and will be back in tomorrow. I am trying to be nice but you seriously need new management. There were only two cars in front of me. This restaurant needs to be closed down.
Waited forever in drive through. When food came out fries were cold. My daughters burger was not plain like we asked, and THE BREAD WAS MOLDY!!!!! We ate none of our food because it was all inedible.
35 minutes in the drive thru line to get rude service and cold food. I see they remodeled the building but forgot to update employees.
Rude service - forgot food
Called this location 510am to order 25 biscuits, also let them know the time i was coming. Got there at the exact time i told her. When i got in i was happy to know they were packing my order. NOT! They gave my order to someone else. Then she said its going to be another 25 mins. to prepare my order. Then she apologized saying they has multiple orders. These folks served me two burned sausages on biscuits. The sausages were so burned I had to throw out the biscuits too. My dog even turned up her nose at them. I tried to call them but, in addition to serving food that should have been thrown out, they don't answer their phone! I have pics but cannot attach them. Used to be very good but this is my second bad experience with them.
