Horrible service waited over a half hour for our food. This is not fast food. I could get my food faster at a full service restaurant.
RecommendedI just wanted to thank this location for always making my low carb sandwiches perfectly! I went to another location at the New Loves Truck Stop in Oak Grove and ordered a big hot ham made low carb and for a bowl full of liquid, ham and cheese all melted to the bottom of the bowl. No lettuce. Your location is far superior and takes pride in their work and customers:

We literally waited at the menu for forever waiting to order after being told to “hold on”. We waited... and waited... and waited... still nothing. Cars lined up behind us.... nothing. The cars in front of us left (assuming with food? Who knows) still. Nothing. HORRIBLE service. Not impressed
Waited forever in drive through. When food came out fries were cold. My daughters burger was not plain like we asked, and THE BREAD WAS MOLDY!!!!! We ate none of our food because it was all inedible.

I was almost done with my burger. one bite left. I saw something hanging out of it. pulled it out. GIANT wad of hair and...I don't know what. scab? dirt? who knows, but I've never had anything like this happen before and I hate leaving bad reviews....that was disgusting.
