Every time I come to this location they never have milk shakes available I don’t know if that’s true or the employees don’t know how to make them!
So today, my daughter and I went thru the drive thru and the order was wrong, (Missing items) We doubled back to retrieve the food and the drive thru worker slammed the breakfast sandwiches on the table telling my daughter to place them in the bag. RUDE!!! Everyone except the one lady in the back( figuring the cook) who told them to stop hollering at the 13 yr old. Ordered a chicken biscuit and it was hard and soggy not sure how that happens but I wasn’t given a receipt and when I tried to cal the number online went to a fax tone. First AND last time eating here..

I went to the hardee's in mandarin florida on sanjose bvld yesterday. The black lady serves black people before she serves white people regardless of who gets to the counter first. This has happened to me before at this hardee's. I hate racism under any circumstances. I was going to just never go to a hardee's again but I decided you need to know why you are losing business. when you order a loaded omelette biscuit they could at least attempt to make it as advertised instead of like 2 pieces of sausage and 3 pieces of ham when its supposed to be full of meat and there was no bacon at all! totally rip off for over $4
I waited over 30 min for raw chicken biscuits...2 omelette burritos and an orange juice. $22+ for food poisoning!! tysm!!
