They serve raw chicken and screw up the whole order this Hardee's needs shutdown by the health department..
The employees apparently aren’t trained on which food is which my last 3 trips the order has been wrong and the food cold

Customer service was very poor. I understand it’s fast food, but common. When I ask if “Can I get a Coke Zero?” - and get told “Nope” - that’s not very.... “Hardee’s Like”. I mean - all you had to say was it’s out. Common 😂
Can’t believe I spent over 20 minutes in the drive-through. Had to ask to order three times. Incorrect and repeated it twice. Got home and all of my order was not correct. Food had been held too long also. Actually, there was not one thing that was OK with my dining experience. Have pictures with the receipt and will be back in tomorrow. I am trying to be nice but you seriously need new management. There were only two cars in front of me. This restaurant needs to be closed down.
So I goto Hardee's this morning. Never in my life have I ever been rushed to place an order because it was running up their drive thru time! I also work at a restaurant with a drive thru and I did when I was 16 to 18 as well. When they ask for your order and you say just a moment please you allow the patron time to decide what they want. I waited 10-mintutes for the co cashier to finally quit ignoring me, walking back and forth from drive Thur to The back. messed up my order by repeating it wrong and was served horrible cold food.. ask for Manager she hollered from the back numerous times in a rude tone of voice, finally arrived trying to charge me twice, finally after being disgusted and upset I said I was turning her in, she Said in a smart elicit tone of voice you go head, you do, you Just go Head!!!! Told they had 4 more minutes to cook, when I went to eat one it was very well not cooked! I’d rather wait for it to be fully cooked than to be gave something raw!
server was rude and struggled to hear us thru the drive thru speaker
