Police Officers are not allowed to refuse service to you if you call them. A simple apology is unacceptable. The employee who refused service and manager who acted unprofessional need to be terminated. Secondly a donation should be made to the families of fallen officers. That would be an apology.
The fact that the manager though it was "silly" and did not fire the employee on the spot is why I will never eat at Hardee's again.
I travel from Ashland wisconsin to st cloud 4 times a year always stop im mora at Hardees kids didn't want to wait so decided milaca it was and Hardees is Hardees wow were we wrong we always dine in and our burgers were definitely not as good and employees were very bitchy I spent 40$ and was very disappointed normally a five star rating for Hardees but not this time never again in milaca
This was the best service and the employees really seem to take pride in their jobs. In the short time we were there 3 different employees did different things in the dining area, such as cleaning off tables and refilling napkin dispensers. It's been a long time since I've seen a good service employee actually go above and beyond to do something other than stand around waiting for the next customer. The employees were also all very kind!
Seriously got some disturbing hair in my milkshake sad thing is, is that the person making the shake had short black straight hair not curly reddish hair... grrr.
Goodbye hometown Hardee's! Has always been our favorite place to grab a burger (or breakfast) when we breeze through town. Never again. The last several times we have been there the service is horrible, the whole place is dirty, and the food is ALWAYS undercooked or wrong.
Ordered a cheese burger and received a burnt micro hockey puck of a burger. Just a pathetic bun & patty maybe 1 ounce! No cheese with no condiments, what a deal!
Filthy - gross floors, doors, countertop, etc. Hair balls on a greasy floor. I told the counter staff that it was the dirtiest Hardee's I had ever seen. She seemed surprised and said she was sorry, leaned over, looked at the floor and said they would sweep. I said that broom isn't going to cut it!
Was in 11/22/19 for lunch burger tasted like old precooked then refrigerated burger then wound up in ER that night with food poisoning was the only food I had all day very unhappy Brett Anderson jordancarcare@comcast.net
