Nothing like waiting in a huge drive thru line, and recieving old cold food. Can't even go complain and bring it back without having to wait another 30 minutes. If you're going to charge what you do for fast food then do better. Gross.
No respect for Law Enforcement from the Management and down . No professionalism shown. I hope that all involved were either Fired... or suspended. Northland Restaurant Group better clean house. Dave Osterdorf time for you to step up and take care of this Franchise

this is happening to many times I will never eat at hardee's again and will let my family and friends know about the refusal to serve police officers they deserve much better then what your cook did
I frequent Hardee's for coffee with my friends and I have never been treated rudely so am saddened to hear this. Jackie is a great officer and should not of been treated like this, hope management can get this fixed. Bad news travels fast!!!
So I just ate here and it is so filthy. There was like seven employees standing around chatting. One started to clean a table and left a napkin and ketchup on the table and only wiped half of it. The whole place need the tables to be wiped but she only did like four. Half the napkin in the holders were upside down. I told the manager and he said that he just got there and that serving customers are the most important thing. I will NEVER eat there again.There was food all over the floor. You done messed up. Not realizing this was going to come back and bite you this day in age. Enjoy the unemployment line.
First your food sucks then you don't serve officers. The cook shouldn't have been the only one being fired from the incident. The server and manger on duty should be also. Bad idea in the small community like this. Word spreads like wild fire here.
