Me and my girlfriend just got some hardees and my orange juice was room temp. My grilled cheese sandwich was smashed down like a pancake. My tater tots was supposed to be a medium they were put into a medium box but filled up like a small. Them my girlfriends food wasn't better. Her sandwich has way to much seasoning on it. And was just poorly put together. Both orders looked nothing at all like what the menu showed wrong come back till they fix the problems
My daughter went into this store last week. We were the only ones in the dining area. We placed our order, paid, got our drinks and sat down and waited. Another family came in, ordered and sat on the other side of the room. We waited for a long while, at least 20 mins. I counted four cars going by the drive up window.
