Spent twenty minutes in drive thru, from the speaker to the window, and my food was not ready. And after all that time, my order still was not ready. Here's the secret to fast food, cook more than one burger at a time. When i worked Hardee's drive thru, we were expected to get customers out of line in 30 seconds, not thirty minutes. I drove off without paying or my food as I had to get back to work. They can eat the loss of my drive away as I was late getting back to work.
We waited over 20 minutes with the dining area being close to empty. We finally demanded our money back and walked out. I love the hot ham anc cheese but I will not go back to the Burlington Hardees
First let me start off by saying that I have always enjoyed Hardee's, but their service as of lately has been terrible. I literally just ordered a regular size order of onion rings and I get a what seems to be medium sized container and they only gave me 4 rings in the container. I have ordered the same size of onion rings and received many more to where the container is full and sometimes there are a few extra in the back. I even made sure to ask 4 wrench at the speaker box and still had to remind them to put it in the back... read more
The service was TERRIBLE and rude when I took a bite of my sandwich there was a long hair in it and it was not mine!! ��
Service was poor and food was cold and disgusting. You need to clean better.
Too busy trying to get hooked up than taking my order. No money spent there.

Everytime I come here you wait, wait, wait!!!! Drive thru or dine in. Food is good but the are definitely not a fast food place!
Horrible wait time dining in with not one customer in the store, excuse to wait on Mushroom Swiss-a apple pie for waiting 11+ minutes does not make up for the wait on $11+ tab on Swiss meal plus cheeseburger! Horrible price gouge!
