There is a patient care disconnect at Hardee Family Medicine. A couple years ago I sought care that would require some lab work, but the appropriate tests were not ordered. Eventually, after pressing forward with them; the correct with was ordered and I was able to obtain treatment about a year later. I chalked it up to bad luck for me. But two weeks ago I had an urgent surgery from another provider, and at my 2-week follow up the surgeon recommended I get some lab work specific to some complications from anesthesia.
