Jose Vidal represented me as my realtor for 60 days. In that time, he pushed me to lower the price of my house from 340k to 290k, each time saying it will "get in a bidding war" when in reality the market is currently just down. I decided i went low enough for long enough and i wanted to pull it off market, and jose said he would but also said he held the contract for 6 months, which is bs.
