When I arrived home, I saw someone on my property, which was very alarming because the vehicle had no company logos or identification. I discovered that they had gained access through my house by removing a section of roof tile to reach the area they were working on. I was able to speak with one of the workers, who provided me with the work order, which is how I found out which vendor was involved. One of the owners, Bonnie, is unethical, rude, and guilty of Theft of Services with another local business. Shame on her. As a company who lists their honesty policy all over their website, she would be ashamed of herself. If you aren’t happy with someone’s services, give them the opportunity to make it right rather than steal from them.
