What kind of service are people expecting for a $7 bowl of chili??? Every Hard Times has the same great thing. Simple, quick, taste good. The Arlington store is no different. If you are looking for fantastic service or high quality anything you are barking up the wrong tree but if you are looking for good chili or just good cheap eats without the frills you are in the right spot.
