I was referred by a good friend . Very empressed with his attention to detail. I went in for a second option on a oil leak and to have my spark plugs changed . I was given valuable information about how to care for my battery which he cleaned up at no additional charge. He charged me three times less than what I was quoted to have my spark plugs installed. I definitely recommend hard time auto and will return for any future car needs!! Thank you for your care on my car .
I spent 3 days in my vehicle broke down. With my Malamute and friend thts a diesel mechanic. Changing out power steering crossover line thinking power steering pump bad, had already bought it. Called this shop. I'm so glad we did. The owner has heart for his work. You'll see he's knowledgeable and honest to his word. Even found a tail light tht wasn't working fixed tht too.
