I love all my Hard Jewelry pieces. They are top notch!!
I have been a customer for years. Whenever I am in Dallas I stop by Hard Silver. I have never had issues until recently. I stopped by late December and bought 3 rings and a black steel bracelet. The most expensive ring has turned my finger GREEN!! The bottom also seems it’s peeling. I don’t know what metal was used but it’s NOT .925 silver as was advertised. This is not okay. Just bought these earrings for my mom and she loved them. The worker named Astrid helped me out on getting them, she was very kind and helpful to me. If you want good gold jewelry and good customer service I’d recommend this place. 👍🏽
