5 star service. 3 months ago our heat went out in November. Contacted them at night and had someone by morning. Heat was fixed by early afternoon. Came home again last night to heater down again. Bill came out in the morning, figured out what the problem was that frying the control board, and we had heat again by early afternoon! Our family would totally recommend.
Bill Labuda was quick to respond and helped fix our heating issue in these current freezing temps. I wasn't home and he went above and beyond in helping my family. Very knowledgeable, friendly and I'm so pleased with the whole experience. Highly recommend them.
I found a small leaking pipe in my crawl space and set out to find a reliable plumber... Hard Rok was suggested. I can see why they have such a good reputation. The plumber showed up on schedule, didn’t waste any time getting the repairs rolling and was done in no time! The bill was very fair... Now I can rest easy knowing greater damage was averted and if I EVER need their services I’ll be confident to get the same great service. Thanks!
