Great time at this location.
I had such high hopes for my first time at a Hard Rock Cafe, but I think this location doesn’t handle being swamped very well. I went here with my family, and the poor waitress couldn’t get our orders straight. I could tell she was swamped with tables so I didn’t make a fuss, but when I got the bill and noticed that she overcharged me for a substitution, I asked her about it. Great atmosphere with TVs everywhere playing music videos, memorabilia all over the walls and great lighting. I had the southwest chicken flatbread and it was one of the best meals I've had in a long long time.
Very Overpriced and over-rated - To rip off the foolish tourists. Not where you could easily meet new friends or the local crowd.
If you decide to visit this casino be very wary when ordering drinks from the bar. I was charged twice for one round of drinks! Another thing this casino has rotten, I mean rotten, slot machines. Your chances are winning are slim to none. I know that casino are made to make money but this one is sucks! For being a Hard Rock Cafe, the good was comparable to a Friday with triple the price in a very small building. The waitress could not even be bothered to give us our food on time, which was either burnt or cold.
Great location, clean modern room and awesome pool with bar. Not to mention winning $400 within the first 10 minutes. I would definitely stay here again.
We stayed because close to Petco field.Stayed in studio that was clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would stay again.
