Worst Hardrock Cafe I have ever been to. The service was a -150 %. Our server Biannca was the slowest and the most clumpy person I had ever seen or met in such a popular restaurant. Would never reccomend this location.

The service wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. Just okay. My plate was awful. I ordered the twisted chicken mac & cheese, because I haven't met a mac & cheese I didnt like. This was terrible. Micro portion of chicken on chewy pasta. Flavor was terrible. My fiance ordered the NY strip. It was way under cooked, the potatoes were nuked and the beans looked slimy (by this time we were too afraid to try them). My drink was delicious but that's where it ended.
