This was the worst Hard Rock I've been too. Food came out with no silverware, but they gave us to-go plastic forks. Salad was supposed to have pomegranate, avocado, & pepitas none were on the salad, the mac and cheese was cold by the time our utensils came. The manager said he would discount the bill but when the check came, no discount. The poor waitress tried her best, but a real lack of communication at this location.
we were looking for a good but affordable ace to meet some family in Seattle by Pike Place. The Hard Rock was perfect. seated quickly, great service, and the food was good. Definitely recommend this restaurant! — with Drew James.
