We had an amazing waiter named Jose and he was such a nice guy, gave us plenty of suggestions on some food, and ordered one of his suggestions and it was great! Very tasty!

Bartender was really nice and really good. Food was great and came out fast. Manager came to us and brought our drinks because the bartender was very busy and he was very helpful. Price was right for the food. We’ll be back!

What a shame, I ordered a beer. when the waiter asked me to show a piece of ID, I showed my ID card, he refused, my driver's license, he refused ... we left It was not my first visit to the Hard Rock Cafe Chicago ... but it will be the last...
