Necole and Rocky gave my husband and I awesome service, very helpful, extremely friendly! Our food, drinks were delicious and the atmosphere was great too. We love Hard Rock Cafe. You guys rock!
Went to watch the Steelers game. Asked the hostess whom told us it was on at the bar. We sit and order and then are told nope we don’t get it. The manager comes over and says well we have the cowboys or redskins so which did you come to watch? I said neither and he just laughed. Then we had a $5 coupon he said he couldn’t honor because it was $5 off $30 which it did not say and we had $29.84 of food! He just laughed then too and said wish I could help but... Bartenders had no personality. We left and spent our money with people who wanted to wait on us and be personable.
