Me and my wife went there for Thanksgiving. We have enjoyed it every year since we moved here in 2009! Food is great as well as the service!

Decent food. They just need to ensure that what they say over the phone matches what is really happening at the restaurant.
Service was good, but the the food is way overpriced and I don't see anything special about the place.
Service and food were both excellent we had drinks, appetizers, and burgers. Liked the appearance but still miss the pyramid. Very upset that we had to get cash out of the ATM and pay a fee in order to eat there because they could not run credit cards and that I have to input my own rewards.
I've been coming to the Hard Rock Cafe every time I come down to Myrtle Beach for Thanksgiving Break. While this was the first year I've been down and the pyramid is gone (sad to see it go), we gave the new location a try. It was really nice even though their computer was down to not use credit/debit cards (which I do understand happens). It was very nice and I'm very happy with the new location and building. Can't wait to come back!
Had always loved the pyramid but we tried the new hard rock and it looks awesome! The ability if the servers to carry food and drinks up a flight of stairs is impressive! Food was good, everyone at our table had a great time and enjoyed their food!!! Drinks were amazing!!!���������
