Brought a large party in, called ahead, confirmed, scheduled it all out and when we got there they were overwhelmed, unprepared and rude. Like, how inconvenient it was for us to be there. If you want great service, look elsewhere.
Second time here and you can't even carry a conversation because MUSIC IS TOO LOUD, having to yell across the table cuz we can't hear each other!!!
It started off ok, but it was hot in the restaurant, and we had to ask for refills,not only that we asked for to go cups , and they were kids cups that didn't even have the HARD Rock Cafe on them
The atmosphere was stellar. The food and service, however, were not. Our server rarely checked on us. She took our order, delivered our food, and that's the last we saw of her until we paid. My husband ordered the legendary burger and I ordered the Twisted Mac & Cheese, both of which were underwhelming, bland, and not worth the menu price. Our appetizer (nachos) was better than our actual meals. Pretty disappointed.
