Super awesome and very helpful company. They had everything for all the bikes I had and answered every question or concern. The pricing is way better than the other stores in my opinion and experience. Hardracing has been and will always be my goto store for the current and future projects.
Great customer service and attention to detail. They seemed to get the fact that as a racer, time was of the essence and assured me that my parts were going to get to me on time (and they did). Cannot praise this business high enough. Placed an order on the Sunday, on Monday morning we were contacted by hard racing offering a choice of shipping to the UK, by Monday afternoon we received a text from Fedex that they were picking our order up. By Tuesday it was in the UK and was delivered before 9am on Thursday morning. Excellent communication from Hard Racing all the way through. They pick and choose which emails to respond. I made multiple purchases of their products, and have spent nearly $2,000 dollars on upgrades for my Grom and when I ask for help on a certain order I made, they ignore. It’s only when you haven’t purchased yet, when they reply.
Fast with shipping and customer’s service is A1.
Although they have been closed during the pandemic, they still took my online order. Great communication and have been very informative. Will definitely continue doing business with them and will be referring them people
So I burnt out my clutch on a Saturday. Looked up parts on HRP ordered what I needed and within the coming week I got my parts. Sounds normal right but the best part is that this took place when everywhere you look everyone says ohh that will be an extra week or two because of Covid! Let alone I ordered parts for a customer's bike from my go too (Bikebandit) two weeks before an I'm still waiting! Thanks again for being On The Ball. Hard Racing Performance you Got My Vote.
