I've been going to Hard Part Parlour for well over a year now and Shannen has always been an incredible barber and has treated not just as a client, but also as a friend. Shannen has always been respectful of my time and from the first visit she has exemplified professionalism, and takes extra care to ensure I am always looking my best. Shannen has cut both mine and my father's hair for many years now. She is a wonderful human with an incredible talent. She listens and executes exactly what you're looking for, with many spa inspired options such as warm towels, shampoo & conditioning, and beard trimming just to name a few. I've paid significantly more for a worse haircut at other places before I found Shannen, and won't be going anywhere else as long as I live in Central Texas.
