I have (regrettably) made multiple purchases from Hard Motorsport. While their prices and solutions are attractive, their customer service and quality control are dreadful. Across 3 separate orders, the ordered parts for my BMW e92 could not mate with my chassis. I don’t always get the opportunity to immediately affix my new parts to my race car, something Hard Motorsport fails to recognize. Their return policy is < 30 days. Their products and pricing are great. But more importantly, they provide incredible customer service. The team at Hard Motorsport recently went above and beyond to get a product to me in time for install before a race after the initial shipment was either lost or significantly delayed (still hasn’t arrived).
Bought some items from them, shipping was extremely fast for being of state. The quality of parts were beautiful, packed with care during shipping, look forward to buy more stuff from them. Thank you Hard Motorsport!
The guys at Hard are top notch. Customer service, buying experience, and learning experience from Adam and Jake are phenomenal. I always enjoy my visits to the shop, and never run into fitment issues with their products. They’re honest about what they think is right and wrong for what you want done to your car. They’ll always point you in the right direction!
