Placed an order for 1 embroidered hat. Was told 2-3 days to get the design made and approved by me. Took 5 days for them to reach back out for the initial design approval. And 7-10 days total to get the hat in and embroidered. On day 21 I had to go into the business because I could never get them to answer the phone. Was told that the color hat I wanted was backordered and that they emailed. Which I never received. Changed to a different color hat so could get it done that week. The worst customer service. I was trying them out to see what they can do and they just stopped communicating with me. I haven't recieved a proof of what I wanted and they seem to have just wrote me off. Big or small order that's not how you run a business. Very disappointed!
Not even 1 star. Based on how Christina has treated me, they don’t even deserve these words. Without a doubt the worst customer service of any business in town. Christina lied to my face about my product. Assured me it would arrive on time. I asked her to double check, she didn’t. Product didn’t arrive, was in stock, she’s just awful at her job.
