I attended a recent rental inspection and was disappointed with how I was treated. The agent was noticeably partial, only engaging with couples and completely ignoring me despite my attempts to ask questions. When I parked my motorcycle briefly on the edge of the lawn, I was spoken to condescendingly rather than respectfully asked to move it. I went to an auction on Saturday 10th May 2025 at 68 Tulloch Drive St Clair, represented by real estate company Harcourt Sheppard (RLA-324145) representative Monica Furniss. The list price on real estate.com for the property was $580,000. The list price seemed too low for comparable sold prices in the past 6-12 months, especially given that number 64 Tulloch Drive St Clair, sold for $625,000 in March 2025 and the townhouse is smaller than the one at 68 Tulloch Drive St Clair.
