Unprofessional and rude. I have been trying to contact Nick for a few days by phone and email about my interest in a unit in Richmond listed for Auction. I want to know the price guide before attending inspection so im not wasting my time, my phone calls and texts have been ignored. I am curious how the vendor would feel about this? Your being paid and not responding to calls or texts from people who have interest? I have tried calling the phone on the website and sent an email with no response. Very frustrating.
Cara has been absolutely brilliant to deal with. She has gone above and beyond every step of the way and made the whole experience so much easier and less stressful. She is professional, responsive, helpful, and genuinely cares. I truly appreciate all of her support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. Five stars from me!
Could not recommend property agent Amelia Franco enough. Was a great communicator, very personable and showed a genuine care in our time of renting with her.
Maintenance request took forever to get sorted, and I had to keep following up just to get any updates. There didn’t seem to be much urgency, which was very frustrating. Maintenance issues shouldn’t drag on like this. Hopefully they can improve their response time and communication.
