Mel and the team! Mel knows the Coorparoo and area market extremely well. She was excellent with feedback; recommendations; sales strategy and managing ours and the buyers expectations. We had 3 open houses and secured 2 very solid offers and even had a backup offer if the first contract fell over. From listing with Mel until contract was less than 4 weeks!

Mixed experience with Harcourts Property Centre. The residential side was generally fine, but I had ongoing issues with the commercial management. I experienced repeated delays and difficulty getting responses from the assigned property manager despite multiple attempts to make contact, which impacted time-sensitive lease matters. The situation ultimately required escalation, and I have since moved to a different agency for management.
