Unprofessional behaviour and very appalling interpersonal skills. I booked to inspect this property a time on my day pick someone else up to come with me. Had a message that there was a 10 minute delay as it was to start at 1:30 so got there at 1:40 inspected the outside area the shed entered the property at 1:48 and was told no you must leave now cause I’m late for another inspection. Sim Gill Firstly, Sim was late to the open home at 102 School Road, Wynnum West. He kept prospective buyers waiting. Then after I placed an offer on the property he called me and acted unethically by providing details of a higher offer. I increased my offer and he said he’d call me back. I never heard from him again. I tried to contact him by calling, sending messages, emails and voicemail messages. He still refused to reply or provide an update on my offer or the status of the property sale. I found him very unprofessional.
The team at Harcourts is exceptional. I had a great experience with Olivia and Lydia.
