Absolutely outstanding service with Tamika and Harcourts. We rent our holiday unit through them and also purchased from Michael. They are professional, courteous, warm and responsive. Would highly recommend!
I have been a tenant through Harcourts Port Macquarie for over 12 months and I have been pleasantly surprised by the consistently friendly yet professional level that is displayed in each and every interaction. All service requests are delt with immediately and communication is always prompt and clear. Special mention to our agent Joshua Debien, who has always been an absolute gem to work with.
0/5 STAY AWAY!! Without question, the worst rental experience we've ever had...and by far the worst customer service Ive ever encountered. Cockroaches. A black rat in the kitchen. A terrible smell throughout the apartment. Leftover food. Filthy bathrooms and kitchen. A disgusting freezer.
