Why in the hell would I sell my home and then rent it from the buyer for what would obviously be way more than my mortgage? What kind of fool would do that? I love my home, I have million dollar views with very few neighbors, and unless you're prepared to give me three times what it's worth so I can move and buy a better one, then don't bother sending me a letter again!! You guys are trying to take advantage of poor people who actually own property.
Got a letter today- thought it was a scam. After reading other reviews I see that the letter is just a way for the realtor to bait home owners. I own my home out right. No loans on the home. Yes I would like to run from all the illegals that have moved in around me, but who is going to give me the value of my home (300,000) without me first fixing it up? -Rosanna Perrigo
