Inaccurate and false rental advertising. Recent property listed was advertised as AVAILABLE NOW. We booked an inspection and also submitted an application early on as we wanted the application to be processed faster. On the day of the inspection, my partner and I took time off from work to go see the place to only then discover that the place was available a month later. Complete waste of our time and work pay. No explanation or apologies from the agency representative.
There has been a lot of maintenance required at our property, and Rose has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She is always very quick, responsive, and prompt with everything that needs to be addressed. We truly appreciate all of her help, professionalism, and dedication. It makes such a difference knowing things are handled efficiently and with care. Rose is awesome, and we highly recommend her!
The 1 percenters. Having recently sold our property with Richie and his team, I cant speak highly enough of the experience and the service we received.
