Michael Vanderpluym has been an exceptional property manager. He’s attentive, caring and always addresses any issues promptly. He makes renting easy and seamless and I truly can’t recommend him highly enough. Overall, my experience renting with Harcourts Inner East has been wonderful.
Hi Everyone Im giving them one star because there is no option for zero star. Please be careful while renting with this property management company. I have rented one house in cannon hill with them and they want you to make mistakes so they charge you.. for nothing. I didn't know this things until I had a brief discussion with one of my property agent friend who is working with another company. Realestate was very easy to deal with as a tenant and process when moving out was seamless. Mercedes was a very helpful and kind property manager.

I was unhappy with the service we got from the property manager Luke Eiser who managed the unit we rented in Morningside. He would rarely reply to phone calls and would reply back to my messages quite late. I had to do lots of follow up emails and phone calls. When we inquired about where the meters were he was also very unhelpful. Compared to my previous experiences with other property managers, they were much more responsive and had a more helpful attitude.
