Unbelievable. I registered to inspect a property with this company, and despite the countless emails and texts messages from them confirming the inspection. When I went to inspect the property, I wasn't on their list, so they wouldn't let me enter the premises. Did you miss my comment where I said I registered? If the number of people booked is too many for you, perhaps you should wait until the tenant vacates before having inspections. Do not lease your property out through this incompetent company and do not even think about renting a property through them! After 20 years of renting in Brisbane, I have dealt with my share of realestate agents. This encounter is still blowing my mind. The principal Patti actually poached me to rent a unit and then they tried their best to intimidate and walk all over myself as the tenant throughout the lease.
