Do not lease your property out through this incompetent company and do not even think about renting a property through them! After 20 years of renting in Brisbane, I have dealt with my share of realestate agents. This encounter is still blowing my mind. This agency will let owners and trade show without entry notices and completely disregard those appropriate procedures. They have let males walk into an 18 year olds room with keys without notice. Tenants are being mircomanaged by owner.
