This agency will let owners and trade show without entry notices and completely disregard those appropriate procedures. They have let males walk into an 18 year olds room with keys without notice. Tenants are being mircomanaged by owner.

We ended up on the database without signing up for it. The staff call regularly despite do not call requests. When I asked to be removed from the database, my call was dropped suddenly without indicating whether I could stop further calls. Harcourt staff only respect you / want to know you if they think they can get something out of you.
