Bought a house with Harcourts Glenroy (Frank) - bad experience Very poor communication—makes lots of promises but delivers none.
Was with them through default after another rental agency sold their book to them. They continually turned over property managers. Account statements were random if at all. No customer or landlord portal, promised the world and couldn't deliver and just found out didn't have any way of accessing my rental property. Happy to collect fees but very little "property management" went on. Credit where due the director Marc is a nice guy.
