If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been renting a property with this real estate agency for over a year now and have had nothing but ongoing issues. My toilet was blocked on a Friday evening. Tenants are required to use an app to request a plumber or other urgent maintenance over the weekend when the office is closed. I lodged a request on Friday night and received no response. I followed up via email and called at 10am on Monday morning and still heard nothing.
