Very poor inspection experience. The agent, Cushla, didn’t check us in, showed no interest, and spent the whole time chatting with another person. I had also enquired before the inspection via SMS and received no response. If this is the level of service buyers get, I’d hate to be a seller. My tip to sellers - go to few open homes to check agents service before deciding on selling with them ;)
Very poor service. Michael Ellis Cancelled a building and pest inspection that I had booked for over a week, one hour before, and leaving a potential buyer with a cancellation fee?? I have never experienced this before. Totally unpathetic and unprofessional. Unresponsive agent!! Treats buyers like fools!!
I must say Michael Ellis was amazing with the recent sale of our acreage at Beechmont. A unique property which tested him at times. So grateful ..Cameron
Harcourts loves to waste your time as a tenant. Would not recommend if looking for a place to rent. Not communication or transparcency.
