The ethos and culture of this agency is one of self entitlement . Narcissistic in the sense that it is all smiles until you question, questions which are deflected and left unanswered . Leave it to me l was told by the agent Michael Ellis in disrespect when l was being blamed for an auction result and the agent took no responsibility that in his duty of care he should have answered the questions l put to him before the auction, honestly and none of what happened would have occurred.
