Ricky Alvarado contracted me a home with undisclosed leaking roof with mold, move in ready included: doors that did not close align or lock until forced to make it happen with fear of lost contract, the night before move in. Then he left dried blood on the floors and a layer of two years at least of filth for me to clean and no hot water in one bathroom after my move in. His remedy $150 to clean the floor with receipt?
