I went to view a place I’m strongly considering and spoke with leasing agent , Michelle Z. while I’ve not yet rented the unit that I’m hoping to rent next month, I just wanted to leave a review of my experience. I really loved living here, very quiet and it’s nice being close to campus. However DO NOT RENT FROM A GUY NAMED KENNETH!!! I saw the comments about him but was assured by Michelle (property manager) that he was a nice guy and not to listen to what people say. She was wrong!!! He didn’t want to give me back my deposit when I had left the apartment in better condition than when I had received it!!
