The staff is the most positive, polite, friendly and welcoming. The champagne is complementary for my belated birthday 🎂 This Inn is just awesome! RECOMMENDING — at HarbourView Inn.
The facility is fantastic. Well maintained and located in a perfect spot in Charleston. But maybe even more important - is the entire staff works very hard at their welcome and in providing excellent service for your stay. I highly recommend Harborview Inn. My wife and I had a great time at this place.
We had the most amazing weekend there. Our room was a corner balcony suite. We had direct view of the harbour. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful in anything we needed. The cocktail wine/cheese hour was awesome as well as the milk and cookies before bed. This morning our breakfast was delivered to our room with everything very hot and fresh. I will definitely stay there again!

This was a 5 star visit. The staff went over and beyond in customer service. I feel blessed to have had this experience. The room had a amazing view.

We had a plumbing issue at another hotel and was transfered over to the Harbour Inn and it was an amazing night. Valet Joel was so nice to help us out when we first got there and was unsure of where to go. Samantha at the front desk was so sweet and helpful with checking us in. Stunningly beautiful building and location that made our anniversary extra special.
Location and the staff provides great service to make sure you enjoy your stay. Great restaurants are with a block.
