The wrost dental office I've ever been to. STAY AWAY. They billed my old insurance (of my ex) by accident, even after updating them with my new one. And then they claimed that I own them money. When going back for another appointment, they refused to treat me. They made me come all the way from Vancouver, prepared me for a treatment, and conditioned me getting treatment with getting them that money (which I have never received..). This is beyond unprofessional.
Both the Dr. And assistant whete always checking in to make sure I was comfortable and ok. I was impressed with the choices I received from Dr. Paul. She laid out the options and the price. That was wonderful. The work was done with care and compassion and the results are amazing.
Absolutely love this business and all of the people that work there. Everyone is so extremely friendly, helpful, and really help keep me calm because I do get stressed coming into the dentist. I won’t go anywhere else because I know I won’t get the same care! Thank you so much for all you ladies do
I’ve been going here for more than a few years now and have always received an outstanding level of care. Dr. Paul is just an absolutely excellent dentist full stop. The whole clinic has great staff and is extremely well managed. If you hate going to the dentist as much as I do having a great one to go to can make a huge difference.
Dr. Paul was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring I felt confident about my treatment. Their gentle approach made the entire process painless and stress free. I truly appreciate the high level of care and attention to detail. If you're looking for a dental clinic that prioritizes patient comfort and top-notch service, I highly recommend!
