PREGNANT WOMAN gets kicked out of the clinic for trying to get a refferal from her OWN Family Doctor!!! I am incredibly frustrated with the lack of access and poor administrative management at this clinic. It is virtually impossible to book a timely appointment with my family doctor. Wait times for a simple script renewal or acute issue like a cold are consistently 3 weeks or longer. Honestly, the experience is so poor that it doesn’t feel like the standard of service anyone should encounter when trying to access healthcare in Canada. Patients deserve better communication, better organization, and basic respect and professionalism from front desk staff. It’s a shame, because my family doctor is genuinely one of the best family doctors I’ve ever had and the reception team makes basic interactions unnecessarily difficult.
Not really a big reviewer but oh my goodness the Nurse who took my blood was by far the best person who has ever taken it, and I’ve had it taken many times! Literally didn’t even feel it 10/10.
It took me longer than I'd like to admit to finally go see a doctor about my mental health struggles, as my Dad lost his battle after his struggles were dismissed by doctors. So you will excuse my frustration when today, Dr. Raddatz brought up the war in Iran, and how things are so much better now than hundreds of years ago and to just deal with the abuse that I've been dealing with. I left deflated, defeated and more depressed than when I got there. Shame.
