Kendra was very helpful and patient.
My doctor is great but the receptionist needs training. Every time I book an appointment the staff can't even answer simple questions, she always puts me on hold to check with someone else and when I ask for a follow up question she would put me again on a long hold coz she needs to ask again. And this goes on until the end of the call. Booking an appointment could be done quickly but it took 20 mins or more????? And to be honest your staff doesn't know what's urgent and what's not. Talks a lot but lacks the knowledge.
I have been a patient at this clinic for over four years. My previous family physician was excellent, but since being assigned to Dr. Rehal, my experience has been nothing short of appalling. Dr. Rehal lacks the empathy, communication skills, and listening ability that every physician should possess. Every appointment feels like a monologue rather than a conversation. Been seeing Dr. Rehal for roughly 5 years or so. Made the tough decision to switch from my family doctor of 20+ years because they were outside of the city and it didn't make sense to travel for a simple check up. Worst decision of my life. Dr. Rehal works 10 hours per week at her Family Clinic office. I make a point to get her first appt of the day and she is still 30 minutes late, after I call the office to confirm that she is on-time. She does NOT listen.
