I love Harbour Women’s Health! I’ve only been here less than a year but twice I needed an appointment in between my regular check - up. Both times I got scheduled for the next day! The appointment desk person was very pleasant both on the phone and in person. I love Dr Nelson and developed trust very quickly. She’s very knowledgeable, very easy to talk to, she listens, reassures and spends reasonable time with her patients. Nice facility, nice staff and caring doctors. Personable and friendly. Only issue is the phone system! Have a quick question or issue? Good luck. One number for both locations, fully automated. I had an order for a mammogram that wasn't filled out correctly so I needed it to be fixed and resent. Okay, no biggie.. right? Wrong. Doesn't fit ANY of the automated prompts so I left a message. I came here for my annual check up. Smooth process . It is located in the Frisbee Medical Building up the hill from the main hospital. This is a satellite branch . Their main office is in Portsmouth.
The best OBGYN team, I have been a patient for over a decade and have experienced nothing but professional respect and kindness. Nicole is amazing, as well as the team of OB doctors! Having this location has seriously helped my pregnancy facilitate smoothly and easily, I truly appreciate having this office open as it is 15 minutes from me vs 45 minutes to Portsmouth. Worst experience I have ever had at any medical facility in my entire life. To start they completely disregarded that I said i work nights and scheduled me first thing in the morning on my only day off fine I can deal with a lack of sleep for a day. But day of I go put the office into my gps it takes me to the hospital there is zero signage of any kind and when I got my reminder they gave me no info on how to locate the building.
