If I could give 0 stars I would.Their communication system/messaging service/app is woefully inefficient and difficult. Absolutely everything must be done through the portal doesn't matter what it is. It's a shame because Stefanie is the best and I've been seeing her for years. Front office is ok. I removed myself from the practice. They refused to refill my medication even after I booked my yearly appointment. I'll do my pap with my PCP. Fine with me. Steph, Dr. Scoones, and Dr. Amerosa are the best. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my care.
The best. Steph and team listen to your symptoms and treat the root cause. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my GYN care.
my doc is great when I actually see them and the office is clean (Rochester). Unfortunately it is near impossible to get this place on the phone. if I have an issue that needs to be scheduled it doesn't matter what time I call, I can never get through and have to wait for a call back which is very difficult because like most people, I work all day.
They use to be really sweet and care about patients health but that changed and they are mean/rude (I have a call recorded showing it) also Im being told things that are completely untrue. They have really gone downhill bad!
