I worked here 5yrs beautiful facility and kind staff. The nurses are great.
After working here, it made me realize that even at a higher priced assisted living facility you still have the same riff raff as employees and higher management. I saw first hand people that were supposed to by my direct leads verbally abuse the clients here at Harbour village. Not only that, but once narcotic and medication mistakes got swept underneath the carpet and corporate themselves wanted to hear nothing of what I had to say I realized that it was time to put in my 2 week notice. I have been working at Harbour Village for over 8 years. The environment is so special, we are like family (both residents and staff), something you rarely see in such a large building. I am proud to say I work here!
Great place to work only started a lil while ago... But it feel like family..... I love working here.....
