I used to love working for HV I’m not understanding how corporate is allowing this place to fall apart! Look where it was and where is now you will see the difference the turn over rate is ridiculous I could go on and on but I’ll hold my peace! Management is another story and need to learn teamwork and treating others like they want to be treated and talking to people like they would want to be talked to!

I’ve been employed at Harbour Village for over five years and I absolutely love my job! The residents are so wonderful. They are like my grandparents always telling me stories and giving me great advice. Every day is different and exciting for me at Harbour Village.
So far, I am very impressed with the service that my Aunt Joan is getting, especially since she can be a very difficult person to get along with. The food is excellent, and deserves a 5-star rating all by itself! Large portions. I tasted their lasagna, and it was one of the best I ever had! I have been working at Harbour Village for the past year and I can hands down say it is the greatest place to work! Our residents are phenomenal! I have never worked anywhere that has such wonderful services for our residents. We have employees who are so dedicated to their jobs! An absolute nightmare of a facility. Revolving door of staff and directors that used EMS to deal with simple issues due to untrained staff. We totally regret that we placed our mother there experiencing so many services that NEVER happened . Total mismanagement led to us moving our mother to a new facility. We got corporate involved to reimburse us for poor care.
