At the beginning of my husband's stay, the staff made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Their staff is friendly and welcoming. They are warm and professional, and make the whole experience better. The staff also seemed to be knowledgeable and well-informed. They were able to answer all my questions, and were very approachable. When I left, I felf reassured that he would receive good care.
