Michelle is so amazing! She thoroughly explained everything to my husband and I when we were looking for a storage and was so patient with us, as we were trying to figure out which storage unit size was best for our needs. Really nice place and very nice and professional staff
We have had our furniture in storage at Harbour Point Self Storage in Elk Grove for almost four years! Very clean property and friendly management. Thanks to Michelle, the manager for making our move out very pleasant and easy! We were moving our furniture out of the storage onto a moving truck headed to Tennessee. I was very stressed about it, but Michele helped in every way she could!!!! Thank you again Michele!!!
Great customer service, competitive prices. Conveniently located right by the freeway. I would steer clear of the U-Haul across the street though.
