We moved here in 2024 and absolutely love it. Looked at units in many nearby condos, and chose Harbour Place because the unit had a great view. What I didn’t realize is that the people would be so friendly and welcoming, and that I would love having a concierge to help with groceries, security, etc. There is a real sense of community, holiday parties in the common area, and the building is constructed so solidly that we rarely if ever hear noise from other units. I had a bad experience with an old man here don’t cross the parking lot you’ll get destroyed
