This place is amazing ! I went in with an emergency situation and they got me in right away. Jenny helped me fix my nail and was so kind and caring. I love amazing service! I would definitely recommend them to anybody!
I had a wonderful experience with Lily at this nail salon. She is very detail-oriented and took her time to make sure every nail looked perfect, without ever making me feel rushed. Her professionalism really stands out – she keeps her station clean, explains each step, and checks in to be sure you are happy with the shape and colour. I have been going there for years and the service has always been very positive and relaxing! The nail technicians are always very pleasant and nice.
I never leave negative reviews but this work was so criminal I almost called 911. The gel was so thick and uneven it looked like I had clubbed nails. What’s worse is they attributed the poor work to me having short nails as the problem. I will say the service was great because after mentioning to another nail tech that I was disappointed in the quality, they redid my nails. They still look like I did them at home myself but at least I no longer look like I have a medical condition.
