DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!! I placed a maintenance work order on August 31 because sparks were coming out of the electrical socket. The apartment complex neglected to fix it. September 4 sparks and flames came from the same electrical socket and knocked off the power to all of my bedrooms. I called the office number expecting to get a number for the emergency maintenance line. No emergency number was available. Seeing all the post complaining about being dirty if yall living there how about help keep it clean
When a maintenance worker looks at the tenant and says he refuses to do his job then you know it's time to go. These new "owners" are no better if not worse then last ones. Turned in a money order because their brand new system wasnt working and they never cashed it. So I was forced to pay more money to keep my roof.
