Rudely neighbors, I really don't know the screening process is really thought-out!
Stay away from this condo. They have no fair rules for parking and guess can park anywhere at any time and your car, you the one paying for rent will get your car tow. Forget about discussing the issue with the manager, she doesn't care at all and instead will reassure you that visitors have the right to park anywhere. I regret the decision of moving here and can't wait to leave. Just for the record they will two your car when you can't find parking space late at night and you will have to pay 124 dollars.
I JUST MOVED IN AND THE COMMUNITY AND STAFF ARE AMAZING. VERY PEACEFUL AND RELAXING.
