The worst front desk manipulator. Even after confirming twice the costing, they charged double the amount they quoted. Secondly, even after asking for a proper receipt, they don’t give you a receipt with clear amount stated. You can never understand what you paid for and how much!! I had been struggling with a painful wisdom tooth issue, and I am so grateful I found Dr. Khadivi. They were professional, reassuring and explained everything clearly. I was very hesitant and anxious about having a cracked molar extraction, but I was immediately reassured and taken care of first by the sweet Administrator Chelsey ( who went way above and beyond her duties) and then by the very kind and patient Oral Surgeon Dr. Amir Khadivi . Everything was explained so thoroughly, I was never rushed in my decision-making, and tons of kindness and compassion and good humour were shown by all. And in the end it was a breeze! Review update on July 2025: For more than a decade, I've been a very satisfied patient of the Harbour Dental Office Downtown for my dental needs including cleaning, checkup, and an occasional filling or crown. Nowadays, I have to use a cane when walking because of some accident. When I called the office yesterday, and explained my situation, and that it's probably best if I move completely to a different office that requires less walking, I received a very pleasant and surprising response!
